framethis is an online store however pick up may be available from Padstow, Sydney if arranged prior to placing order.
Shipping costs are based on weight and destination and we use a combination of Australia Post and Couriers for our deliveries. If you require your parcel urgently for an upcoming event/occasion please email us once you have placed your order so we can make sure your parcel arrives to you by the date you require it.
If you purchase fragile items (including all frames, acrylic products, and glassware) it is highly recommended that you upgrade to Registered Post for additional coverage against lost or damaged goods in transit.
We occasionally recycle all our boxes and packaging so you may receive your goods in a pre-used box.
Regular Parcel Post
A delivery tracking number is not available for this service. If you choose this method of delivery, it is important to note that framethis cannot be held responsible nor provide refunds for any lost or damaged items sent via regular Australia post.
A delivery tracking number is available with this service however a signature is required on delivery. If you are not home at time of delivery, a calling card will be left in your mailbox directing you to your local post office for collection. This service provides additional coverage for loss or damage of items up to $100.
A tracking number is provided which allows you to track your parcel via the Australia Post website and offers guaranteed next business day delivery* within the express post network.
Courier deliveries are sent subject to check so the driver will require someone to be home to sign for the parcel. If you purchase fragile items (including all frames, acrylic products, and glassware) we ask that you open and inspect all items in your parcel prior to signing for it so that any claims can be made for breakages.
No matter how well we pack our items, occasionally they can get damaged in transit. On the rare occasion that this should happen, please advise us in writing within 2 days, including a photograph of the damaged item so that we can discuss options.
Regardless, we will promptly arrange a replacement to be sent. If the item is a custom made order, please allow the usual timeframe for another product to be created for you.
